Procurement & Production Preparation Works
Based on the Bill of Materials (BOM) all raw materials and specialist parts are being ordered to reach fabrication & assembly works on time. The individual cut lists & process mapping for each work order item are being finalised with the targets in mind.

For the start of the panel fabrication works, high precision horizontal panel saws & calibration machines are ensuring precise alignments before the veneering or lamination processes.

CNC Routing & Detailing
With 3no 4-axis CNC Routing Machines and efficient CAD/CAM technology, the engineering details are sent direct to the machines which are loaded by the operators and other detailing works as well as edge banding processes are completed before moving the items to the finishing & pre-assembly stage.

Paint Section
With fully pressure condensed spray cabins also oversized components can be handled and final spray paint finishes with the various different gloss grades can be achieved in dust protected environment. Buffing and Polishing works will ensure the perfect outcome.

With all necessary machinery for sheet metal and tube metal fabrication, our workshop can realise also the most complex bespoke metal components and fixtures. Tube Cutting, Sheering, V-grooving, Folding, Laser Cutting, Laser Welding, MIG & MAG Welding, Tube Bending,.. and many more process steps can be fully executed in-house and with an extensive polishing setting finished to requirement. High end PVD-coating, galvanic electro plating or very durable powerdcoating finishes are completing the fabrication work with local expert resources.

All parts and components are coming together in the different assembly teams where the parts are joined together with craftsmanship and skill. Electrification works and preparations for the installation on site are carried out before getting the items ready for packaging and logistics.
