The compact baked goods system can be expanded modularly. Each module offers four presentation tiers within three product compartments, further supplemented by the separate service unit positioned at the bottom of the display case. The finalized Bakeshop configuration is the result of combining multiple Bakery Boxes in any desired arrangement. Supported by a steel frame with four different angles of incline and adjustable heights on each level, this setup guarantees optimum presentation options and hassle-free replenishment. A Bakery Box unit encompasses four presentation levels along with the service unit. The front panel is crafted from single-pane safety glass, ensuring the utmost product visibility, while the dampened automatic mechanism ensures gradual closure of the flaps. Moreover, the individual wood finish and varied metal hues allow your Bake Off System to be uniquely aligned with your company's corporate design.

Using the front-loading mechanism, restocking is accomplished through pull-out drawers in the lower section, which is particularly suitable for swiftly rotating products. The shelves are replenished by raising the glass flaps, a task made simpler by securing them in the upper position.

The substantial openings of the back-loading unit facilitate swift restocking and effortless upkeep, directly from your baking service zone.

Hot Bakery Box - Hot Tray
The "Hot Tray" Bakery Box represents an expansion of the umdasch Bake Off Systems lineup, featuring a "heated bread shelf". The heating process is realized through an inventive approach: a directly heated product presentation tray designed for the baked goods shelf. This system comprises a heated tray and a supporting plate, connected magnetically. The incorporated heating film exhibits noticeable PTC behavior (Positive Temperature Coefficient) at 60 °C.
